There’s no better way to introduce our home and our food-loving family (where even the dog snacks on prosciutto) than with Sunday dinner. In our busy family, Sunday night is the one time each week that we slow down, set up the outdoor dishes, and cook a meal together. This week we kept it simple and fresh.
Papi grilled chili-rubbed ribeyes,
Joanna created a perfect salad topped with candied pistachios and a honey dijon vinaigrette and roasted sherry-glazed baby carrots and mushrooms,

and Erica cooked red skillet potatoes and caramelized onion rings.

Mom—who paid her dues as family chef for decades—dined with us poolside, our mascot, Chase, underfoot. Welcome to Sunday dinner, to our family, and to mumble pie.
